Acceptance of these terms

By using Photo Converter, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. The terms apply to free tools, server-processed conversions, downloads, accounts, paid conversion packs, and AI-assisted features. If you use the service for a company or client, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for them.

Using the service

Photo Converter helps you convert, compress, resize, crop, flip, and prepare images online. Some jobs run on your device; others require server processing because of file type, file size, batch handling, saved results, payment status, or AI assistance. We may change supported formats, limits, pricing, and availability as the service evolves.

Accounts and authentication

Accounts currently use Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your Google account and device secure and for activity under your account. Do not share account access, payment access, private download links, or files you are not authorized to process.

Your files and limited permission

You retain all rights to the files you upload and the outputs you create. You give us a limited permission to receive, store, transmit, convert, analyze, render, generate, package, and deliver files only as needed to provide the service, secure it, troubleshoot it, comply with law, and enforce these terms. We do not obtain ownership of your files.

User responsibilities

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and only with files you own or are authorized to process.
• Do not upload illegal content, malware, highly sensitive regulated data, or content that violates privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights.
• Do not bypass usage limits, payment requirements, download expiry, authentication, security controls, or access restrictions.

Limits, quotas, and conversion balances

Simple browser-based tools may be free to use without signing in. Server-processed, large, batch, saved, ZIP, paid, or AI-assisted work may count against usage limits or your conversion balance. Free accounts currently receive 3 conversions that expire after 30 days. Paid packs add the number of conversions shown at purchase, including any clearly stated bonus. Batch jobs may use one conversion per input file.

Payments, taxes, and refunds

Purchases are processed by Stripe. Conversion packs are one-time purchases unless a subscription is explicitly offered. Taxes may be added where required. Your balance is added after the payment provider confirms the purchase, which may take a short moment after the success page appears. Refunds are handled where required by law, where required by payment-provider rules, or where we approve them. Buying a conversion pack does not create permanent site-wide ad-free access unless that benefit is expressly stated.

Downloads, expiry, and file availability

Uploads, outputs, temporary files, and download links expire. Anonymous uploads may be available only for a short window, logged-in free results for about 24 hours, and paid results for up to 7 days. After expiry or cleanup, files may no longer be recoverable, and you may need to run the conversion again.

Copyright and infringement notices

Do not upload or convert content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other rights. We may remove files, disable access, suspend accounts, or terminate repeat infringers. Copyright notices should include your signature, identification of the work, the allegedly infringing material or job information, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and a statement that the notice is accurate and authorized. AI-assisted tools

Standard format conversion is separate from AI-assisted tools. Features such as background removal, restoration, or upscaling may use an AI provider when offered. AI results can be imperfect or vary between attempts, so you should review outputs before relying on them.

Third-party services and links

The service may rely on or link to third-party services such as Google, Stripe, hosting, storage, analytics, ads, AI services, and support tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

Service changes, suspension, and liability

We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, supported formats, file-size limits, prices, free grants, bonuses, or providers. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, abused the service, created risk, failed payment, or used the service unlawfully. The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service where such a limit is allowed.

Changes and contact
