Please do not send passwords, full card numbers, private download links, or files containing highly sensitive information.
Conversion support
- For a failed conversion, describe what you expected, what happened instead, and whether the page showed an error message or job number.
- For expired downloads, include the result page or purchase context if you have it. Expired files may need to be converted again.
Billing and account
For payment or balance questions, include the product you bought, the account email, approximate purchase time, and any receipt or payment reference available in your Stripe receipt. Balance updates can take a short moment after the payment success page appears.
Privacy, copyright, and security
Use the same email for privacy rights requests, copyright notices, abuse reports, and security concerns. For copyright notices, include your signature, the work, the allegedly infringing material or job information, your contact details, and the required good-faith and accuracy statements. For security reports, include reproducible steps and avoid accessing other users’ files or data.
Response expectations
We prioritize account access, payment, privacy, security, and failed paid conversions first. For general product feedback or feature requests, we may not reply individually, but we use the reports to improve the tool pages and conversion reliability.
